A Trip Back to My Old Home

Part 1: Exploring Eastern North Carolina
(December 9-14, 2022)

A trip back to North Carolina for visiting family turns into a chance to rediscover the area because of a last minute change. This leads to enjoying the waterfront and local breweries of Washington, a trip down memory lane with a favorite pizza place and a college basketball game in Greenville, and seeing a history exhibit and old homes in Bath.

Part 2: A Bit of Christmas and Hockey
(December 15-18, 2022)

In the latter half of this return visit to North Carolina, plans were made to return to PNC Arena for some Carolina Hurricanes hockey against the Seattle Kraken and Dallas Stars, which gave an open day for returning to Busch Gardens for their annual Christmas Town event.
