Part 1: Stumbling with The Drunk Riders
​The guys at the Drunk Riders Podcast threw their first ever event, El Stumble, in the San Antonio area, with plans to hit SeaWorld San Antonio and Six Flags Fiesta Texas while meeting fellow coaster and theme park enthusiasts. This led to a weekend trip out to the Lone Star State for some coasters and beer!

Part 2: After the Stumble
​After enjoying The Drunk Riders El Stumble event, there was still time to enjoy some Texas cultural sites, from spending more time at Riverwalk and the Alamo, to exploring the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park, with a chance the see the different homes of the Johnson Family, and the ranch of the 36th President of the United States.

The first part of a quick trip out to New Jersey for several of the smaller amusement parks in the state, trying to ride as many of their coasters as possible while running into a few delays and hiccups occur along the way, spending the first day focusing on the coastal parks like Jenkinson's Boardwalk, Casino Pier and Playland's Castaway Cove.

​With a couple parks still on the itinerary for this quick visit to New Jersey for smaller amusement parks, Hurricanes Ida is supposed to hit during the second day. With the arrival of hockey season comes the official debut of the Seattle Kraken, which came in Las Vegas against the Golden Knights. Along with attending the debut game, there was a chance to check out the new trains on Big Apple Coaster and the visit AREA15 for an Omega Mart experience.​

Part 1: Exploring Pigeon Forge
​Gary introduces Britany to the excellent Smoky Mountain destination in Tennessee of Pigeon Forge. The weekend kicks off with a stop at a favorite chain from the Southeast, followed by a country music legend tribute, one of the state's newest mountain coasters and getting some moonshine!

Part 2: Visiting Dollywood at Christmastime
After enjoying a few Pigeon Forge area attractions, it's time to check out Dollywood during their Smokey Mountain Christmas festival. Find out how a newer coaster fan took to riding Lightning Rod first, and enjoy a look at some of the wonderful holiday offerings of the park...plus cinnamon bread!

Part 3: Exploring Smoky Mountain National Park
There was a chance to enjoy the great outdoors to wrap-up the weekend visit to Tennessee, with some hiking and wandering around Smoky Mountain National Park, getting to appreciate a nature trail, and a stroll back in time with a late-1800's farm. Plus there was one more mountain coaster the enjoy before returning home.

​To bring the 2021 travels to an end, there was a visit to San Jose for seeing the Seattle Kraken challenge the San Jose Sharks, and while in town, there was a chance to explore a bit of San Jose, including their annual Christmas in the Park festival Downtown!

Part 2: When Mistakes Create Adventures
​As the return home from San Jose began, there was a mix up on the departure of the connecting flight, allowing for some time to take a scenic drive on the Rim of the World Highway, then visiting multiple historic locations for the McDonald's chain including the museum located on the site of the original McDonald's restaurant, and the oldest operating location.
